New Release Coming August 20th

My third full-length release, Dreamers of Atlantis, is finally on deck and coming out this week! After several hurdles and revisions, this new project is available for streaming, downloads and CDs on August 20th.

Opening with a rollicking 1950’s Sonny James cover song, the music takes a wander through country sound and compelling songwriting. From a gem of a ballad to a rug cutting instrumental, from big backup vocals over pedal steel to a solo acoustic moment, the theme finds itself hovering over nostalgia, both in the songs themselves and in the arrangements. But the lyrics are often questions about our future, about who we are and the choices we’re making, honest and difficult words that we’ve all had on our minds. While some pieces are very full and ‘big’, others seem like a whisper, yet they hold the listener’s attention with the same ease and subtle details. The CD production is beautiful, and a striking image on streaming that’s easy to recognize. Look out for it!
